Introduction

We are assisting our client in their search for a Project Scheduler.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules while working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Function

Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules.
Create and manage detailed project plans, milestones, critical paths, and resource loading.
Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks and delays.
Perform schedule analysis and recommend mitigation and recovery plans.
Produce regular schedule updates, dashboards, and progress reports for project stakeholders.
Work closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure schedules accurately reflect project status.
Support planning meetings and coordinate scheduling activities across multiple projects.
Ensure scheduling best practices and project controls are consistently applied.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic project environment. They should be confident communicating with project teams and management, capable of identifying scheduling issues early, and committed to delivering accurate and reliable project schedules

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or Project Planner in an EPC, EPCM, or contruction project environments is required
Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, and project controls.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project performance reporting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Power BI, or other project reporting tools is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar highly regulated project environment, is considered a strong asset
